Privacy Policy

It describes, in plain terms, how Zoeus Materials, Inc. ("Zoeus", "we", "us") handles information in connection with zoeus.net. It is not legal advice.

In short: zoeus.net is a static, informational site. It sets no cookies, runs no third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and loads no external scripts or fonts. The only personal information we hold is what you deliberately send us through the contact form.

Information we collect

We collect personal information in exactly one place — the contact form.

• What you send us. When you use the form to request spec sheets and samples or to ask a question, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
• Newsletter opt-in. The form has an optional checkbox — off by default — to receive Field Notes and product updates. If you tick it, we add you to a short list the Zoeus team keeps by hand. You can opt out at any time — just reply to an email or contact us.
• Server logs. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard, short-lived access logs (such as IP address and request time) to keep the site secure and reliable. These are not used to identify or profile you.

What we don't do

• We set no cookies through this site, and use no tracking cookies.
• We use no third-party analytics, advertising networks, or social-media pixels.
• We load no third-party scripts; our fonts are served from this site, not a font network.
• We use no email-marketing or newsletter platform — any newsletter is written and sent by the Zoeus team by hand.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.

How we use what you send

We use your submission only to respond to your inquiry, size grades to your project, send the materials you asked for, and — if and only if you opted in — send occasional updates. That is the extent of it.

Who processes it

When you submit the contact form, it is handled by Netlify Forms, the form service built into our host. Netlify captures your submission, stores it in our account, and forwards it to the Zoeus team by email. Netlify processes this data on our instructions, under an agreement (its Data Processing Addendum) that limits its use of it. Any newsletter is written and sent by the Zoeus team directly — we don't route it through a third-party newsletter or email-marketing service. We otherwise disclose information only where required by law, and there are no advertising partners.

Retention

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to handle your request and any reasonable follow-up; submissions remain in our Netlify account until we delete them. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw newsletter consent at any time. To make a request, email privacy@zoeus.net.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
